Paying for one half of your share reserves it for you. The down-payment is approximate since packaged weight is not known until after processing. Rest assured, you will only pay $8.91 per pound of packaged beef. The second-half payment is due upon delivery. Our current certification allows us to sell high quality beef within Minnesota only. Mix cut beef quarters will be available for delivery in October 2026. All cuts are frozen.
