Each chicken is approximately 6 lbs and shrink packaged. $5.40 per pound.
Paying for one half of your chicken reserves it for you. The down-payment is approximate since packaged weight is not known until after processing. Rest assured, you will only pay $5.40 per pound of packaged chicken. The second-half payment is due upon delivery. Our current certification allows us to sell high quality chicken within Minnesota only. Whole, frozen chickens will be available in early autumn, 2026. All chickens are shrink packaged and frozen.
Chickens can be picked up, by appointment, at the farm near Palisade, MN.
