Approximately 90-95 lbs of delicious ground beef. $7.28 per pound. Portioned in one pound packages and frozen. Paying for one half of your share reserves it for you. The down-payment is approximate since packaged weight is not known until after processing. Rest assured, you will only pay $7.28 per pound of packaged ground beef. The second-half payment is due upon delivery. Our current certification allows us to sell high quality beef within Minnesota only. Ground beef quarters will be available for delivery in May/August 2024.
