Approximately 100 lbs of delicious ground beef. $7.28 per pound. Portioned in one pound packages and frozen. Paying for one half of your share reserves it for you. The down-payment is approximate since packaged weight is not known until after processing. Rest assured, you will only pay $7.28 per pound of packaged ground beef. The second-half payment is due upon delivery. Our current certification allows us to sell high quality beef within Minnesota only. Ground beef quarters will be available for delivery in early August, 2025.
